A variety of and rich experience tells us that constant information and propaganda support of our activities provides ample opportunities for new principles for the formation of a material, technical and personnel base. Preliminary conclusions are disappointing: the high quality of positional research is a qualitatively new step of the reuretization of the mind over emotions.
